Delivery & Returns


Delivery is free to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Delivery is via DPD - you will receive information by text from DPD during the delivery process - delivery takes approx 2 working days from time of order.

The packaging does not include a receipt - Enclosed is a small leaflet about the product and history of oriental Ceramics.

If you would like to return your piece for any reason please keep all the packaging and repack as it arrived and send an email to the below address with order number, item and reason:

We will then send you a link with a label to download.

If we believe you have bought items to use for an event or photoshoot - we take returns but will charge you delivery and return costs.


Delivery of Furniture is free to mainland UK

We take the utmost care when delivering your furniture. It is wrapped and packed by hand. 

We are unable to deliver furniture to NI, Europe or Ireland at the moment

Items in stock will be delivered within 1-2 weeks from date of order

Deliveries are booked in with the customer 3 days prior to the delivery date, customers will be given an approximate 3 hour time slot (via text, email or phone) that they need to accept or decline

Customers can delay the delivery date if the proposed delivery date is not suitable

The driver will give you a courtesy call approx 1 hour prior to delivery

Delivery is into a downstairs room of your choice

If you agree to a delivery date and the when the driver arrives you are out, a fee will then be charged for re delivery

The packaging does not include a receipt.


    If you are not completely satisfied when your item arrives, please get in touch.

    If you would like to return your piece for any reason at all email with your order number and reason for return, we will then send you a link with a label to download.

    • You can return the goods within 14 days after receiving goods.

    • Returns are free – unless item is bought on sale and then we charge for pick up at cost.

    • Packaging must be intact so we can resell.

    • Refunds will be issued after goods have been received into our warehouse

    • Refund can take up to 5 working days to be received into your bank account due to Banks and Credit Cards systems.

    • If items are damaged on return due to customer not packaging item  correctly or usage we charge for the delivery fees and item.


    • If the goods are damaged we ask you to inform us within 48 hours.

    • We will then arrange pick up of damaged goods and delivery of new item on the same date.

    Please email so that we can arrange for free pick up and delivery of new item.


    Q: Can I request a delivery date?

    A: After your order has been placed, you will be offered a date of delivery – if this is unsuitable you can refuse and the the delivery company will contact you a week later with another date.

    Q: Are items assembled or flat packed?

    A: All items are fully assembled.
